Biography

Rashad Ismail has over four years of experience in mechanical/ biomedical engineering and worked on several design projects during that time. Having gained experience in several companies and institutions including Audi, Fulbright, and the University Hospital RWTH Aachen, he also strived for a project management program at UC Riverside. Now, he is a graduate student at Columbia Engineering studying biomedical engineering with a focus on design, innovation, and entrepreneurship.

He joined the MR SCIENCE lab in 2022 and now designs an innovative MR calibration system for future MRI technology. His vision is to transform and raise today's healthcare to a new level by leveraging advanced technologies to give human health the utmost priority.
