Multi-TE preprocessed macromolecule proton MR spectra acquired at 3 T

[Via Github] [Via Open Science Framework]

Formats: INSPECTOR .mat, jMRUI .txt

This dataset comprises metabolite-nulled macromolecule spectra acquired from 10 healthy young adult volunteers scanned at 3 T using a double-inversion-recovery semi-LASER sequence with 8 echo times (20 - 62 ms) from two brain regions (prefrontal and occipital). Voxel-specific segmented brain values are included in the associated Excel spreadsheet. More details about the acquisition can be found in the reference below.

MRSpec offers a tool to query an open-access database of processed metabolic data from the basal ganglia and parietal-occipital white matter of children, as detailed in Filip Miscevic, Justin Foong, Benjamin Schmitt, Susan Blaser, Michael Brudno, Andreas Schulze.
